Steve Young Horsemanship in running for award

A hugely popular natural horseman based in Pembrokeshire, Steve Young, has been named as a finalist in the Equestrian Business Awards Behavioural Trainer of the Year category.

Steve Young Horsemanship is based near Haverfordwest, and Steve's work helping owners solve problems with their horses through natural horsemanship methods, and videos of his work on social media have been viewed hundreds of thousands of times.

Steve travels around the UK and further afield to help horses through his horsemanship, and giving demonstrations.

The Equestrian Business Awards were launched in 2021 to "give much deserved recognition to small equestrian businesses... and award them for all the hard work, achievements and support they provide with every aspect of horse ownership and horse riding."

Steve was clearly thrilled with making final, posting to his followers: "Thank you so much for all your nominations guys... Equestrian Business Awards finalists!"

The other finalists in the Behavioural Trainer of the Year category are Lucy Chester Horsemanship, Equus with Millie - Behaviour and Psychologist, and D. McNickle - Horse Starting and Training.

The 2023 awards evening will place on Saturday, 25th November, at The Holiday Inn - Peterborough West.
